Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

3. Affiliate Responsibilities As an affiliate, you agree to:

4. Commission Structure Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link. The specific commission rate and payout schedule are detailed in your affiliate account dashboard.

5. Refunds and Commission Adjustments If a customer receives a refund for a purchase, the affiliate commission for that transaction will be deducted from future payouts. If no future payouts are available, Chinook Auto Supplies reserves the right to invoice the affiliate for the amount.

6. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not:

• Engage in spamming or other forms of unsolicited communication.

• Misrepresent Chinook Auto Supplies’ or its products in any way.

7. Termination Chinook Auto Supplies’ reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason deemed necessary.

8. Liability Chinook Auto Supplies’ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
